Highlights

This release includes updated MRV behavior and features. To allow more flexibility during the producer’s Fields and Practice Changes review, the MRV will no longer generate the contract on the producer’s submission. Producer’s contracts will now be generated on the Fields and Practice Changes approval. This will allow a producer to have their data unlocked and resubmitted before a contract is created. The MRV will continue to restrict the ability to unlock a producer once their Producer Agreement module has been completed. The MRV had new features added in support of the upcoming Final Review and Submission module work. Once a producer submits their Crops module, the MRV will now lock their data down. In addition to locking the data, the MRV will also create a copy of the submitted data and save it as an archived record. The reviewer is now able to adjust the producer’s submitted data, to allow the data to be sent to the model, independently of the original data submitted. MRV administrator and staff accounts will now see an option to “unlock data”. This will undo the Crops module submission. Administrator and staff accounts will have the option to either unlock and set the producer back to what they submitted or keep the current MRV data.

A couple of major fixes are included in this release. Producers will no longer receive an “invalid agreement” message when they attempt to sign their agreement after some time has passed. Producers who waited to sign their producer agreement would previously get an “invalid agreement” message when they logged into the MRV and attempted to sign. In addition to the signature issue being fixed, the issue affecting the ability to download completed agreements has been resolved. Producers will no longer get an “invalid agreement” when attempting to download a signed agreement at a later date. The full list of release notes has been included below.

Added Features

  • The MRV will now lock the Crops module once the producer has started the Final Review and Submission module. When this module has been started, the producer’s data will be copied and archived. This will allow the reviewer to adjust data to allow the data to be modeled while still keeping a copy of the original data.
  • The producer’s work-flow has been updated and the point of when a producer’s contract is generated, has moved. The producer’s contract will no longer be generated at the time of the Fields and Practice Changes submission. The producer’s contract will now be generated when the producer’s Fields and Practice Changes has been approved.

Known Issues

  • Producers that have self-registered on the registration page will show a status of N/A on the MRV’s admin pages. Once the producer’s enrollment request is approved or denied, the producer’s status will be updated.
  • The Fields and Practice Changes Review requires the user to save before the comments and markings are saved in the database. If the reviewer leaves the review before saving their progress, it will not be saved and the reviewer will need to start over.

Fixed Issues

  • The issue with outstanding contracts showing an “invalid” message after a certain amount of time has been fixed. The MRV will now generate a link to Adobe on demand to avoid the user from having the agreement turning “invalid”.
  • The issue with the Crops module copy & paste feature not allowing the last field to be selected has been fixed. Users can now select a field/year they wish to copy and select any of their fields, which includes the last field in the left-hand field list.
  • Producers are now able to download their signed producer agreements at any time. MRV users would previously get an “invalid” message when they attempted to download their signed agreements at a later time
